IF I MAKE A PURCHASE, HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY DIGITAL DOWNLOAD?
You will receive an email link giving you access to download your files. Be sure to use a real email and make sure there are no typos so you can get your goods with no delay.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the nature of digital downloads being irrevocable, all sales are final.

CAN I USE THIS ON ANY KIND OF PROJECT?
Literally every project you can imagine. This includes your latest feature film about superheroes with personal struggles, commercials, or music videos. Everything.

I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY DOWNLOAD LINKS OR LOGIN CODE!
Upon completion of your purchase or when you click the login button to access the download center, our emails will be sent automatically. If you do not receive it, it may have been filtered as SPAM, your mailbox may be full, or you may have made a typo in your email address.

WHAT SOFTWARE ARE THESE EFFECTS COMPATIBLE WITH?
All of our packs* are compatible with all software that has the capability for multiple video layers and the ability to change Blending Modes. This includes Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, Davinci Resolve, Sony Vegas, etc.
*Except for our new Paper Rip Transitions pack, which only works on Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

HOW DO I INSTALL THESE OVERLAYS?
No installation needed. The majority of the files on this site are used as overlays. To use, simply import the same way you would with any other footage files. Then place on a layer above your main edit, change the blending mode.

CAN I USE LUTS, OVERLAYS, TEXTURES TO EDIT PHOTOS?
Yes, as long as you use a photo editing software that supports 3D LUTs, such as Adobe Photoshop CC, our LUTs are compatible. You can also use all of our textures and overlays presets in Adobe Photoshop or other photo editing software.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY INVOICE?
Fantastic inquiry! Upon completing the purchase, the receipt will be sent to the email address you have provided.
